RESPONSIBILITY

African Soul Safari tours, it’s owners and/or managers and/or staff will not be held responsible and/or liable for losses or injuries and we will not accept any consequential costs, damages and/or losses.

African Soul Safari tours is an non-smoking establishment – smoking allowed outside.

BOOKING FEES

Bookings are subject to a 50% deposit.

Cancellations prior to the arrival date is:
Less than 7 days, guests forfeit the full deposit
From 7 to 14 days, guests forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days, guests forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days, guests forfeit 25% of the deposit

PRICES

Prices are subjected to adjustment in the event of changes in Value Added Tax, Fuel price or hotel charges.

All prices and rates are quoted in Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specifically agreed. Payment in approved foreign currency will be accepted at the rate of exchange applied by bankers of AFRICAN SOUL SAFARI’S at the time of receipt of payment.

Any shortfall resulting from exchange rate fluctuations will be for the account of the passenger

CHILDREN’S DISCOUNT

Overnight Tours – 12 years and under sharing a room with 2 adults – 40% discount.

Day Trips – Children paying full price

PROVIDED THAT – a maximum of 2 children per family group is allowed at a discounted rate, and for day trips, no discount applies.

On certain day trips, no children under 12 years permitted.

MEALS

Meals included are as specified in the tour itinerary. On scheduled tours breakfast and dinner are generally included, except on leisure days in main centres, when breakfast only is included. Please check the itinerary for details.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE GUIDES

Tours will be conducted in English and for Dutch groups in Afrikaans. Foreign Language guides are available on request

HEALTH AND VISAS

Agents and passengers are required to ensure that all such requirements are attended to, as AFRICAN SOUL SAFARI’S accepts no responsibility in this regard.

STANDARDS AND SAFETY

AFRICAN SOUL SAFARI’S will ensure that:

Vehicles provided are large enough to accommodate the number of passengers and luggage.
All drivers are licensed in terms of the local legislation.
All vehicles are safe and comply with relevant local safety regulations.

LAW

The law of the Republic of South Africa, shall govern the relationship between AFRICAN SOUL SAFARI’S and the passengers and the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any claims and/or disputes, which may arise between AFRICAN SOUL SAFARI’S and the passengers or Agents.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.    50% deposit on Big Five, $2000 deposit on  plains game to confirm reservation.                                           

2.     Please note only TRAVELLERS  CHEQUES or CASH.

3.     Should a cancellation occur two months before the commencement of the safari, the deposit less any expenses incurred will be gladly refunded.

4.     Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations.

5.     Only animals taken or wounded will be charged for.

6.     Arrival OR departure day is regarded as a hunting  day, unless clients fly or charter to the camp.

7.     Transfers between hunting areas will be $300 per transfer, unless a charter flight is arranged by the client.
